Corporate Executive, Author and Entrepreneur Stephanie is the self-published author of Corporate Coffee: Success Never Tasted So Good. Corporate Coffee is part memoir and part mentorship and empowerment. Stephanie is considered the “Tell It Like It Is Corporate Girlfriend”. Her book was launched in Mykonos, Greece and was translated in the Greek language She also had a launch in Charlotte, North Carolina. Other translations are ongoing, and the book is selling internationally.
Ms. Dawkins is the President and CEO for Stephanie R. Dawkins International. Stephanie R. Dawkins International is a multi-cultural organization which offers Business Strategies, International Business Developer, M&A, Operational Strategies, Human Resources, Motivational Speaking, Empowerment Summits, Program Management, Cultural Inclusion and many other programs.
Ms. Dawkins is the former Global Senior Vice President for AB Volvo, She was the first and continues to be the only African American to hold this C-Suite in the 80-plus year history of this Scandinavian company. The Volvo Group is one of the leading suppliers of commercial transport solutions providing products such as trucks, buses, construction equipment, drive systems for marine and industrial applications as well as aircraft engine components. The Volvo Group also offers its customers financial services.
Stephanie traveled the world working with global operations and industrial relations. From her offices in Goteborg, Sweden, and Greensboro, North Carolina, she led an international team in 19 different countries and 180 markets. Stephanie oversaw more than 110,000 employees worldwide. She is known as one of the top labor negotiators around the world. Prior to her position with Volvo, Stephanie worked in other Fortune 500 companies in both operational and strategic positioning capacities. Her international specialties includes expertise in commercial transport, negotiations, supply chain management, distribution, strategies, health and wellbeing, safety and the environment, mergers & acquisitions, human resources, industrial relations, talent development and recruitment, and organizational effectiveness.
Ms Dawkins was recognized by the United States House of Representatives and inducted into the Congressional Record for her outstanding work in global business, international initiatives, community service and her affiliations with international women’s organizations. She is a recipient of the North American Leadership Award from the World Igbo Congress of Nigeria and was awarded an honorary doctorate for her global initiatives. Stephanie holds a seat on the Board of Directors for the Euro-American Woman’s Council, whose mission is to strengthen the status of women around the world. She is a member of the Swedish-American Chamber, Charlotte Chamber, and National Association of African-Americans in Human Resources Management.
Ms. Dawkins has received numerous awards and accommodations for her global business and community contributions. She is a member of the National Speakers Association and speaks on an international level to Fortune 500 Companies and Civic Groups. She works with various African initiatives and fosters humanitarian efforts and projects. Ms. Dawkins has been featured and appeared on a series of media outlets.

Stephanie is married with two children residing in the Carolinas in the United States.
