Mr. Jeff Tarte
Mr. Tarte is a seasoned management consultant and executive with an illustrious career spanning the healthcare industry, state, and local government. Recognized for his exceptional ability to connect, consult, and lead, he has successfully advised executives, boards of directors, and business leaders throughout North Carolina and across the U.S. His consulting expertise extends to every U.S. state and five international markets, solidifying his reputation as a trusted advisor.
His distinguished leadership includes three terms as a North Carolina State Senator and three terms as the Mayor of Cornelius, NC. In his extensive executive career, Mr. Tarte has served as interim CIO at both Johns Hopkins Health System and New England Medical Center-Tufts University. He is also a former partner at Ernst & Young and held executive positions at IBM, bringing a wealth of experience to his consulting practice.
At Global Bridge Pharmaceuticals, Mr. Tarte leverages his healthcare and leadership expertise to guide the organization’s local, national, and international operations. His strategic insights are critical to advancing the company’s mission of improving access to medicines and expanding into areas such as advocacy, drug information services, and health equity. Dr Samuel Nana Sinkam PhD
Dr. Nana-Sinkam is a highly accomplished international business leader with a proven track record in driving success across start-ups, business turnarounds, and global business development. He has extensive expertise in revenue generation and strategic management, from capital formation to establishing fully operational entities. Dr. Nana-Sinkam has successfully influenced political and financial leaders in emerging and developing markets, using his deep knowledge to shape economic initiatives.
He has over 40 years of experience as a Privatization Negotiator and has served as an advisor to Chase Manhattan Bank.
His tenure as Executive Director at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) saw him overseeing 35 countries and saving $100 billion for the IMF through his strategic leadership.
In addition to his roles in finance, Dr. Nana-Sinkam served as Director of the Joint ECA/FAO Division in Italy and was appointed as the Minister of Economic and Finance. He also led the UN Interagency Mission as a Representative of the Secretary-General.
A prolific author, Dr. Nana-Sinkam has written more than 17 books on economic, financial, social, and political issues. He is fluent in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian, further showcasing his global reach and influence in international affairs.
His career reflects a dynamic blend of business acumen, legislative influence, and international leadership, making him a key figure in both economic policy and business development on a global scale.

Dr. Julius Kehinde Tokunboh, MD, is an Internal Medicine specialist in Charlotte, North Carolina. He attended and graduated from University Of Kentucky College of Medicine in 1994, having over 30 years of diverse experience, especially in Internal Medicine. He is affiliated with many hospitals including Carolinas Medical Center-Northeast, Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center. Under the leadership of Dr. Eric Sede Nietcho, a licensed pharmacist, GB Pharma is driven by a profound commitment to address vital challenges within the pharmaceutical supply chain. Eric’s expertise guides our efforts to ensure that physicians, pharmacies, hospitals, distributors, and other stakeholders can access essential medicines promptly and efficiently.
His dedication to narrowing the pharmaceutical care and access divide between developed and developing nations prompted a shift in his pharmacy career trajectory. Moving away from traditional roles in retail and clinical pharmacy, he delved into supply chain management, production, and commercialization, aiming to enact tangible change in global healthcare accessibility.
Dr. Sede Nietcho’s academic journey commenced with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Ferrara in Italy. Subsequently, he embarked on a pharmacovigilance research grant, which brought him to New York. Corporate executive, author and entrepreneur, Stephanie is the self-published author of Corporate Coffee: Success Never Tasted So Good. Corporate Coffee is part memoir and part mentorship and empowerment.
Ms. Dawkins former Global Senior Vice President for AB Volvo. She was the first and continues to be the only African American to ever hold this C-Suite role in the 80-plus year history of this Scandinavian company.
Ms. Dawkins was recognized by the United States House of Representatives and inducted into the Congressional Record. She is a recipient of the North American Leadership Award from the World Igbo Congress of Nigeria and was awarded an honorary doctorate for her global initiatives. Stephanie holds a seat on the Board of Directors for the Euro-American Woman’s Council.
Ms. Dawkins has received numerous awards. She works with various African initiatives and fosters humanitarian efforts and projects. Stephanie is married with two children.
